Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the circleofwomen.org (the "Service") operated by Circle of Women ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Refund Policy

For donations made using the Circle of Women website, if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to Circle of Women we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 days of your donation. You'll have to email ims@circleofwomen.org  with the subject line "Refund Request" to ask for this refund.

Privacy Policy

We will not sell, share or trade our donors' names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.

This policy applies to all information received by Circle of Women both online and offline, on any Platform ("Platform", includes the Circle of Women website and mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors' information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.
